On Saturday evening, a battered and bloody 20-year-old was found on Marie Street in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Police arrived to tend to Seth B. Stevens, who appeared to have fallen down, and when you see his mugshot, you’ll see that he tried to break his fall with his face. During the process of identifying Stevens, the officers learned he was carrying a falsified out-of-state driver’s license.

The discovery of the fake ID led to questioning back at the police station. They “began an investigation into fraudulent state identification cards.” A search of Stevens’ residence turned up his elaborate counterfeit identification-card operation. He’s like the Scarface of fake IDs–you know because of his grand illegal operation, but also because his face is all fucked up.

From the Southeast Missourian:

Seth B. Stevens, 20, faces charges of underage drinking, possession of a fake driver’s license, possession of a forging instrument and counterfeiting. He is in jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.

About 4:15 p.m. Saturday, police responding to a call about an intoxicated person found Stevens in the 400 block of Marie Street, according to a news release from the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

Stevens was bleeding and appeared to have fallen down when officers found him, the release stated.

It looks like the Great Lakes on his face.

Seth B. Stevens is a first ballot Mugshot Hall-of-Famer.

“My shoulder doesn’t hurt very much, but my face does. Right here. Not here, or here so much, but right here.”
