Pikes absolutely dominated this one at UA. Had a chance to meet some of them, and guess what? They were actually a good group of guys, I can definitely say the Pikes at this chapter are not what you see on fail Friday…… they’re actually, and I have to bite my tongue saying this one, FaF.

Except that’s the Florida State chapter.
The concept of moving fraternities out there was ok on paper, but sucked once it was going. The management company threatened that if you couldn’t fill your house, they’d fill it for you with GDI’s and then make you take down your letters. That was a great surprise after they raised the rent when people realized this wasn’t as great as it sounds.
Also a bunch of fraternities all that close, there was a lot of petty bullshit that went on and probably still goes on. What’s a little vandalism and cop calls between houses?
