I have to say Ron Paul. I’ve been a Newt fan but the more I hear Paul speak, the more he sounds like he knows what the fuck he is doing.

Great post about Newt, but remember that is true for all the candidates other than Paul.

Notice how other candidates are “adopting” some of Paul’s ideas. Newt would be a disgusting choice, but thankfully, I don’t see any way he will actually win the nomination. Romney isn’t legitimate. Bachmann, haha. The others aren’t much of a threat.
I really see this as a crucial point in U.S. history, perhaps on par with Reagan and FDR taking over. This country needs someone to truly build hope and unity. Not just hope as in using it as a campaign slogan, but hope as in confidence that our Constitution can still work. I think Dr. Paul has the ability to unite people through his straightforward nature, his clear ideas and plans, and his moderation. His only drawback is his age, but Reagan was almost 70 when he assumed office. The last thing America needs at this point is a hate mongerer like Perry, a slick, empty yes-man like Romney, or a fucking pig like Gingrich.
As for President Obama, I think he COULD make some real progress in his second term, but I also think that he isn’t the one to unite the American people.

president obama’s idea of progress is in reality a disaster. i should not have to state all the horrible things he wants to implement. obama is the last thing our country needs and for you to even speak of his policies or his idea of “progress” in a positive manner means you are a complete moron

Jon Huntsman is the most conservative and brings some hope and sanity to the GOP. He does not get nearly enough media coverage.

He ran in the past but I feel through the recent debates and interviews he has shown that he knows what the fuck he is talking about, and I pray that he wins the primaries and eventually the entire thing.
