JP Morgan Exec’s Christmas Card Shows Him Trashing His Home Because He’s Richer Than F**k

I’ve always advocated the notion of respecting a dollar in relation to how many of them you possess. If you have very few dollars to your name, respect them dearly, spend them wisely, and hold onto them as long as possible. It’s not an ideal way to trudge through life, obviously, but it’s an essential approach for the less fortunate. On the opposite end of the spectrum, for those in this world that are richer than fuck, the less you respect the dollars you possess, the more fun you’ll have with them.

Remember the Brazilian billionaire who bought a 500k Bentley so he could bury it in his garden? He also poses for pictures with a cockatoo perched on his hand. That’s a man who knows how to spend a buck.

Mark Zuckerberg also recently pissed away $30 million on the homes surrounding his just for shits and gigs. A power nerd move from the Zuck.

Now we have the story of JP Morgan executive Jamie Dimon, 57, going ’92 Andre Agassi in his luxurious New York City condo. Dimon, along with his family members, smoked tennis balls haphazardly around his living room as a photographer captured the scene for the family Christmas card. As you can imagine, Dimon makes an ass load of money — $18.7 million per year — and his home is filled with some pretty expensive items. A Jackson Pollock painting, for example, is displayed on Dimon’s living room wall.

When the Dimon family Christmas card was leaked to the public, an uproar followed it. People are upset that Dimon would display such little regard for his valuable possessions. Time magazine called the images “maddeningly tone-deaf.”
