Arnold Palmer is a legend in the world of golf. He’s won 4 Masters, has 92 overall victories, won PGA Player of the Year in 1960 and 1962, won the PGA Tour Lifetime Achievement Award in 1998, and was inducted into the Golf Hall of Fame in 1974. He’s also so legendary that he even has a drink named after him, hence the “Arnold Palmer,” a glorious combination of sweet tea and lemonade, and the second greatest golfer named beverage of all time (behind the John Daly, of course).
But Kate Upton, 2013 Model of the Year, is giving Arnold Palmer a lesson about golf.
In a recent video promo shoot promoting the December issue of Golf Digest; the King seems to have trouble putting golf balls. Supermodel Kate Upton decides to lend a helping hand to the King, telling him, “You can’t break your wrist,” which led the ball into the hole.
Having two American icons standing side-by-side just fills you up with awe. I’m sure after the shoot they went and drank some Arnold Palmers, maybe even a few John Dalys. If I were to receive putting lessons from Kate Upton, I’d make it in the hole every time too.
