Miami is back. The final score may not have fallen in their favor, but the rowdy spirit has reappeared in the most entertaining of ways.
All it took was a crappy targeting penalty for fans of “The U” to turn Hard Rock Stadium into a temporary landfill for alcoholic debris. It may not seem like much of a catalyst, but, well, let’s remember we’re talking about the University of Miami playing their most hated rival immediately after a near-miss from a major hurricane. These people were easily the most dangerous fans in the nation this weekend.
The hit itself is brutal, but we’re not here to talk about the legitimacy of the penalty. We’re only here to admire the chaos and flying debris. So, let’s take a quick look and move on to the good shit.
It was just a mere few seconds following the referee’s announcement of the Miami player’s ejection that every beer within 30 rows of the field began raining down on the field like one of the Ten Plagues of Egypt. Just shit flying from all directions.
That field is absolutely trashed. It got worse for the Florida State sidelines, however, as they contended with an army of inebriated Miami fans behind their benches straight pummeling them with $5 beers.
Chaos really can be beautiful. Thanks for the entertainment, Miami. Never change..
