Scientist Puts In Hard Work To Discover The Best Time Of Day To Get Laid

Whether it’s bright and early or 3 a.m., your readiness for sex shows no bias. But what if I were to tell you that scientists have found the perfect time of day for you to make sex? Is that something you might be interested in?

After putting in the hard research, a hormone expert by the name of Alisa Vitti claims that 3 p.m. is the optimal time to get in each other’s pants.

From Daily Mail:

In the afternoon, women have high levels of the hormone cortisol, which helps alertness, and are at their most energetic.

Around the same time, men have elevated levels of oestrogen, making them ‘more emotionally present’ during sex

What does emotionally present mean? That I am actually caring about the effort I am putting in? Putting her needs above mine? In that case, I’ll be sticking to the whenever I feel like it gameplan.

However, this 3 p.m. time could make for a good excuse to skip that afternoon class you loathe going to.

“Sorry, prof. Can’t make class today because I’m about to go have some bomb sex. It’s science.”

Maybe Ron Burgundy was on to something when he was singing “Afternoon Delight.”
