Starting with this week, the last stretch of college football will sort itself out in the form of self-cannibalism that is the Big 12 and Big 10 scheduling their best teams to play each other last. This week has the ability to turn the playoff picture upside down with some huge games and some generous spreads.

Mississippi State @ Missouri

Line Total: 43
TSG Pick: Under 43
Summary: The 2015 Missouri Tigers are every bettor’s dream and every fan’s nightmare. Gary Pinkel’s squad is the epitome of balance… a defense ranked in the top three in most statistical categories, and an offense that hasn’t scored a touchdown in three(!!!) games. Luckily, the parity between the offense and defense at least make their games easy to bet on. Take the under and take it big. Miss State will score between 14-21 points, while Missouri will be lucky to get into the teens.

Baylor @ Kansas State

Line: Baylor -17.5
TSG Pick: Baylor -17.5
Summary: Vegas has moved this line by more than a touchdown since Baylor quarterback Seth Russell was announced out for the season. Although Russell has been responsible for a majority of the Baylor touchdowns, and his backup, Stidham, has only thrown 28 times, we feel confident that Baylor can cover by a few touchdowns. Expect a few late slop time touchdowns to cover this one for good.

Texas Tech @ West Virginia

Line: WVU -8.5
TSG Pick: TTU +8.5
Summary: The Big12 continues to prove that defense is optional as Texas Tech LOST after putting up 53 points last week. West Virginia is still searching for their first Big12 win of the season, and if they can keep up with Texas Tech’s high powered attack, the game may come down to the last possession. TTU seems to be a safe bet since they are spotted more than a touchdown on the road. Sadly, we aren’t predicting any couch burning in Morgantown this weekend. Or maybe there will be? Win or lose, it seems as though the Mountaineers will still justify a reason to burn a couch. It’s their thing, right?

Kansas @ Texas

Line: Texas -29
TSG Pick: kU +29
Summary: The fact that the University of Texas Longhorns are a four+ touchdown favorite after getting shut out by Iowa State last week is pretty remarkable. This game will be tough to look away from the same way it’s tough to look away from a burning building or a car crash. Texas will get up big early, and good guy Charlie will call off the dogs just enough for the Chickenhawks to cover backdoor.

Michigan State @ Nebraska

Line: Mich State -5.5
TSG Pick: Mich State -5.5
Summary: Nebraska just lost to Purdue at home. They seem to have an obsession with turning the ball over, and Michigan State is currently touting a +10 turnover margin, which is top five in the nation. Michigan State is looking to continue their undefeated campaign all the way to a playoff position, and Nebraska looks like just the team for the Spartans to earn some style points off of on the road.

Iowa State @ Oklahoma

Line: OU -24.5
TSG Pick: OU -24.5
Summary: It’s that time of year again (usually any time that he can) for Bob Stoops to run the score up on any poor schmucky team that stands in the way of him and his self-absorbed ego-orgasm that comes from beating the shit out of inferior opponents. Seriously, just watch the smug smirk on his face grow as he runs the score up on the Cyclones this weekend. The sooners have scored 55, 63, and 62 their last three games.

Minnesota @ Ohio State

Line: OSU -23.5
TSG Pick: Minn +23.5
Summary: Just when things seemed to turn around in Columbus, JT Barrett had to go and screw it all up. Cardale is starting (again) for Ohio State, however we aren’t sure Vegas got the memo. No doubt that Ohio State wins beats the Golden Gophs at home, but a three+ touchdown hole will be too big for Ohio State to cover.

LSU @ Alabama

Line: Bama -6.5
TSG Pick: LSU +6.5
Summary: This game is going to be wild. Anyone crazy enough to like the NFL more than college football will love getting a chance to basically watch a Jr.NFL game one night early. We aren’t really sure who will win this game, but we are sure that it won’t be more than a two field goal margin for either team. This one will go down as one of the best games of the 2015 season, since ESPN has basically anointed it as that more than 48 hours before kickoff.
