Nice Move

With a made field goal at the end of regulation on Saturday afternoon, the West Virginia Mountaineers moved to 4-2 on the season, upending Texas Tech on its own field, 37-34. One particular WVU fan had a great way to celebrate the victory–likely, a few adult beverages he drank throughout the course of the game aided his cause.

Flawless execution.

Judging by the cameraman at hand (who may potentially be Ric Flair) following him straight out the door, it seems like this legitimate leisure dive was previously orchestrated as the game came down to the wire. He probably made some off-hand remark during the third quarter, like, “If dese boys pull dis one out, I’ma go jump in that there pool out back!” And his friends held him to it, it seems.

Everyone knows once you say something like that, you have to follow through, or else your loyalty to your team will forever be questioned. This fellow left no doubt about where his heart lies.

There was literally zero hesitation on his part to bolt out the door and Michael Phelps it right into the pool, which, I wasn’t even aware could be kept that clean in West Virginia prior to seeing this video. Great stuff, regardless.

“Get it baby! Wooooooooo!”
