Peddling Addy for five bucks a pill to procrastinating college students on the seedy floor of the library wasn’t nearly profitable enough for three guys in Morgantown. After a four-month-long investigation, the Mon Valley Drug and Violent Crime Task Force announced the arrest of three male college students–two from West Virginia University and one from Shepherd University.

From NBC News:

Police charged Dashawn Long, 19, of Winchester, Va., David Arndt, 22, of Martinsburg, W.Va ., and Michael Ireland, 20, of Landings, N.J., after finding nearly 20 pounds of marijuana at a North Spruce Street home after obtaining search warrants. Police also found more than $40,000 in cash and a firearm. Police also found evidence that the men were also manufacturing hash oil.

That’ll ruin your semester.

This picture of the recovered cash, pot, and AK-47 makes me think of James Franco in “Spring Breakers.” Just look at all this shit:

All that shit, unfortunately for the dopers in Morgantown, is now off the streets and in the possession of the Mon Valley Drug and Violent Crime Task Force.

Arndt is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and his bond has been set to $10,000. Ireland is charged with the delivery of a controlled substance and his bail is also $10,000. Long is charged with attempted possession with intent to deliver and his bail has been set at $5,000. Additional charges will be filed as the investigation continues.
