College football players have all the fun. They’re swarmed by hot coeds, they get their schoolwork taken care of, and they get to play football on Saturdays. Well, apparently that wasn’t enough for Utah State redshirt freshman wide receiver Hayden Weichers.
From FOX 13:
A Utah State University football player has been suspended indefinitely for violating team rules, and police officials in Logan say the player in question was recently arrested for allegedly soliciting a prostitute.
While the press release from Utah State University did not elaborate on which rules were violated, Chief Gary Jensen, Logan City Police Department, has confirmed to FOX 13 News that Weicher was arrested on October 22 on a misdemeanor charge of soliciting a prostitute.
That’s a real shame. Weicher will more than likely miss the remainder of the season, which isn’t that big of a blow to the team, as he’s racked up a cool 96 yards on the year. Not that it matters to him–he’ll be watching the games from the comfort of his couch, likely tangled in the warm embrace of a moderately-priced hooker..
