The Los Angeles Lakers came into this season with high expectations after parting ways with former head coach Darvin Ham and hiring JJ Redick. But so far, the Lakers have underdelivered. But the Warriors came out scorching to start the season winning seven of their first eight games. But as the season has matured, the Warriors have come back to earth a little bit and now sit in seventh place in the Western Conference with a 14-11 record. The Warriors are still in a much better position than most in the Western Conference, but with the race for the postseason scheduled to heat up in 2025, now is the time for them to get things back on the right track.
