There was a lot of optimism coming into this season for the Chicago Bears. After drafting quarterback Caleb Williams with the first pick in last year’s draft it seemed that things were finally trending in the right direction in Chicago. But to this point, Williams’ rookie season in Chicago has been a disappointment. This year has been another failure for Chicago Fans as they are outside the playoff picture and dead last in the NFC North Division.
The Seahawks on the other hand have a lot more to play for. They suffered a big loss at the hands of the Minnesota Vikings in Week 16, but are still very much alive in the race for the NFC West division crown. With a record of 8-7, they are just one game behind the Los Angeles Rams for the division lead, making this game a near must-win for Seattle.
