Man, I didn’t think golf was a contact sport!
A slow round of golf and too many beers led to a brawl at a Canadian golf course last week.
A man clothed in a loud Hawaiian shirt began chirping the group behind them, and tensions boiled over,r leading to a confrontation between the Hawaiian shirt guy and his opponent, who ended up being none other than former NHL enforcer Nick Tarnasky.
Words gave way to fists, and here is the video.
Doesn’t get much worse than your beat-down being live commentated by the man beating you up.
Now, the guy did go on twitter, X, after and own up as well as apologize, which I think was a pretty classy move. Still, the reputational damage was done and almost everyone I know has seen this video.
Drink responsibly, folks! Also, don’t mess with NHLers, especially enforcers!
