Let’s be honest with each other right now, soccer fans. Arsenal is going to win this game. I’m sorry to any Everton fans reading this right now, but there is such a disparity between these two teams it’s ridiculous. Arsenal is top of the league, and Everton is fighting relegation. Everton. What can I say about this soccer team? Well, they recently fired their manager Frank Lampard, and as such, have gone on a little run of form we call the new manager effect. Now for Everton, that means they have won two of their last five games instead of losing every single game all the time. I really wish I had more to say about this soccer club. I guess I’m a fan of their forward, Dominic Calvert-Lewin. But he’s barely playing because of injury or because he’s a bit of a diva. This is just a struggling sad shadow of their former greatness right now.
Arsenal, on the other hand, is so back. They have two more points than second-place Manchester City and a game in hand. They are such an elite team. Bukayo Saka is such a baller, with 17 goal contributions in 24 games. Martin Odegaard has been having an insane season, with many of the best in the business saying he’s the current best midfielder in the Prem and potentially in the world. He’s got 14 goal contributions in 23 games. And this squad’s defense has been superb. Gabriel and Saliba in the back have been so big for the Gunners, and Zinchenko, who they stole from Manchester City has been a game-changer. He’s opened up the entire left side of the field for this team which has only poured in more goals.
