New York vs Ohio, one of the biggest cities in the world vs some of the most passionate American soccer fans in the world. Here is what you need to know about this matchup to make the most out of this sweet offer from Bet365.

New York has had a rough start to their season. Through the first three games of the season they are winless, with a loss and two draws. While they take a lot of shots, they don’t score often, averaging .3 goals a game. Despite their issues on offense, the team is still alright. Their defense has been great, only letting up two goals so far compared to five from Columbus. The Red Bulls are fourth in the MLS in shots, once they start getting past the keeper goals are bound to be a result. Pair that with the strong defense they have and as the season progresses I think we will see that they are a solid team.

Now Columbus as we all know probably has the best fanbase in the entire MLS. While is it very early in the season, we see that the Crew has a solid foundation and potential to be one of the better teams this season. Lucas Zelarayan has been fantastic with two goals in the first three games of the season. The Crew ranked 8th in shots with 10 and 7th in goals, so it looks like their attack is relentless and effective. While their defense is a bit shaky, I think their high-speed attack will be too much for New York. They already have a win under their belt, and NY still hasn’t shown they can close out a game. The pressure on the Red Bulls’ defense will be a lot, and even one goal might seal the win because of the Red Bull’s lack of offensive prowess. I like Columbus in this one.

It’s hard to bet on soccer early in the season, but I’m taking Columbus. Bet on Columbus Crew moneyline and get your extra $365 in bet credits.
