Let’s go, Buckeyes! Playing Maryland in Maryland after playing Purdue is the nicest schedule anyone could have set up for you. I mean, don’t get me wrong, Maryland hasn’t been a pushover this season, but come on. They’re not Purdue; this is the Buckeye’s game to lose.

The Terrapins have been alright this season. They’re 10-4, without any incredible wins or terrible losses (even though only scoring 46 total points against Michigan is pretty horrific). I think this team’s main issue is that they have no real top-end talents. I mean, don’t get me wrong, Jahmir Young, Donta Scott, and Julian Reese are cool. But when your top scorer can’t break the 14-points-per-game mark, that’s not exactly inspiring. An almost forty-point loss to Michigan is also not a good look, especially when your scoring and assisting numbers are so horrific. I mean, their top ball distributor only has three assists per game.

The Buckeyes, on the other hand, has some pretty insane hoopers. Brice Sensabaugh has been scoring about 16 points per game on around 53% shooting from the field. That is an insanely low amount of misses for the points he’s scoring. It also doesn’t hurt that he’s shooting the three ball more efficiently than most NBA players this season at 46.6%. Zed Key has also owned the paint in every game Ohio State plays, averaging 8.4 rebounds and 1.3 blocks a game. Making great use of that 6’8” frame. And only losing by two to the best team in college hoops right now has got to be a momentum booster, even if it was a loss that was a heck of a game.

The Buckeyes simply have the better players. So make some money watching the game and bet on Ohio State and get your $200 in site credit when a 3-pointer is made!
