Watching the Denver Broncos has to be a lot like teaching at NYU because I don’t know what the hell they identify as on a week-to-week basis. What do they do after they lose a humiliating game to the Eagles at home? They make Justin Herbert look like a JV quarterback en route to crushing the Chargers. All of us will remember how fun it was watching the Chiefs plummet in October, but much like Yik Yak on college campuses, they are back to ruin our lives. Vegas likes the Chiefs by ten at home. I don’t. If the Broncos can play Vic Fangio defense and run the ball effectively with their newfound two-headed monster of Melvin Gordon and Javonte Williams, they will keep this game closer than a set of cousins from Alabama. Fangio told reporters that Teddy Bridgewater looks fine after briefly leaving last weekend’s game with shin bruising; as long as he can manage the game, I expect the Broncos to cover. An upset wouldn’t shock me but remember: good teams win, great teams cover, but you can win regardless with PointsBet.
