Remember when the Chiefs floundered their way through October, and for a fleeting moment, we thought that Jackson Mahomes wouldn’t be Tik Toking his way to another Super Bowl parade? That was fun. This weekend, Andy Reid’s squad will travel West to take on a Chargers team that beat them in week three. The only issue? Kansas City’s offense is not only back to being unstoppable, but their defense has stepped up big out of nowhere. As a guy that’s currently rooting for a contender this season, the Chiefs with a solid run defense is about as scary as when a girl leaves your apartment, and your roommate says, “yo, please tell me you wore a condom.” The Chiefs are 0-3-1 against the spread in their last four meetings with the Chargers; however, right now, they’re hotter than Pam Anderson in the early ‘90s. Vegas likes the Chiefs by 3.5, and as much as I love what Brandon Staley has done with Los Angeles this year, there is no reason not to hammer the Chiefs; they literally just beat a different division rival by one million points.
