My Take:
I’m having a tough time writing this as an Eagles fan, but I don’t think we can get it done against the WFT on Sunday. In October, I would have said we had this game by a million points, but the way the Football Team’s run-defense pulled an Undertaker during the mid-way point of the season, it’s going to be tough for the Eagles to get the play-action game going. With the news that Taylor Heinicke will most likely be starting, this game might look a lot like a Big 10 game between Wisconsin and Iowa. I’m expecting long drives, a lot of running, and a few explosive plays just so Scott Hanson has something to put on RedZone. I don’t exactly trust Taylor Heinicke; however, I DO trust him more than Jalen Hurts against a good run defense. The Football Team opens up as 4.5 point favorites, and I, unfortunately, think they win by a touchdown.
