Let me start off by saying that if Karma is real, the Bucks lose this series by default because they tanked the last week of the season to play the Bulls, whose number they’ve had all year. That sucks. That sucks more than your friends’ girlfriend, who made him a Marxist and gets upset when you buy packages off Amazon. The Bulls are a good team, and everyone in Chicago should be optimistic about their future. There’s not much sensical evidence that they will win more than one game against Milwaukee (apart from the fact that Zach LaVine missed two of their four matchups this season), but sometimes the most important thing in basketball is the intangibles. Remember when Grayson Allen injured Alex Caruso and was only suspended for one game? You take that dirty play, add that the Bucks are so confident they can beat the Bulls that they rested their good players to play this series, and top it all off with an excellent coach like Billy Donovan…that’s enough to make me think that the Bulls are going to play this series like they just got punched in the mouth. DeRozan has the experience, LaVine has the heart, and the young guys have the legs to make this series a lot more interesting than Vegas expects it to be. Take the Bulls in game one.
