The Bulls and the Celtics. Two teams that hope to be top of the East this year. Who will win this game? My money is on the team that won the first time these two teams met because apparently the Celtics this season have a habit of losing to the same teams multiple times. This past Wednesday was already the second time the Celtics lost to the Cavs, and it was in the same exact way too, with the Cavaliers winning in overtime. This means the Celtics are about to lose this game by a million again.
Since their defeat of the Celtics, the Bulls have been on a pretty solid winning streak as well, winning 3 of their last five games. One of those wins came against a star-studded Brooklyn Nets team. The Celtics meanwhile, have only beaten the Wizards this season since they’ve played the Bulls, again losing twice to the Cavs in that stretch. The Celtics are currently showing a lack of adaptability this season that the Bulls can easily take advantage of. Not to mention the Celtic’s defensive rating so far this season has been 19th in the league, way below the halfway point, meaning that players like DeMar DeRozan and Zach Levine should feast.
