This Ohio State versus Minnesota game will be an absolute layup for Buckeyes. Coming off of back-to-back losses against two solid teams will have them hungry for a win. And with this game being played at home against a much weaker opponent, Ohio State is as safe of a bet as there is.

Minnesota basketball isn’t exactly world-beater right now. They’re currently six and eight on the season, giving them a record of two games below 500. Not a single one of those wins have come against a ranked team or, if we’re being honest, a good team. I mean Dawson Garcia has been trying his best, leading the Golden Gophers in points and rebounds per game with 14.6 and 6.5, respectively. And Ta’lon Cooper hasn’t been a scrub either, averaging 6.4 assists, 1.1 steals, and 1.1 blocks per game. He’s been leading Minnesota in every one of those categories himself. But besides those two this team doesn’t really have a lot to offer, and their record has largely represented that.

Ohio State, on the other hand, has been very solid this season. With a myriad of players leading the team in all of its respective ‘per-game categories. In fact, only forward Zed Key leads his team in more than one of those categories, and that’s in rebounds and blocks. Which, if I’m not mistaken, should make him a certified paint threat. His tallies in those categories are 7.8 rebounds per game and 1.2 blocks per game. They’ve also got Bruce Thornton, who, besides leading the team in assists and also shooting better than 46.5% from three-point land. Which, if you were wondering, would put him in the top three in the NBA. So pretty good, I guess.

Ohio State is a million miles better than Minnesota. So bet on the Ohio State and get your $200 in bonus bets guaranteed!
