I’m not sure what I need to say about the Golden Gophers against the Terrapins game. Other than the painfully obvious fact that Maryland will win this game by most likely close to 100. Maryland has more than double the wins of Minnesota this season and is fifth in the Big Ten while Minnesota is 14th. The statistics for this game are so skewed in Maryland’s favor I don’t actually know how comfortable I am calling it a game.
Minnesota I guess has…gumption? I’m gonna be honest if there wasn’t a word count for these blogs I wouldn’t even bother with this section of it. I guess you can say that Minnesota has won more elimination games than Maryland has this season and that’s not nothing. They also have an elite forward by the name of Dawson Garcia who has been trying his best to drag this team to what little success they’ve had. Averaging 15.6 points per game, and 6.6 rebounds per game he’s been all over the place for the Golden Gophers.
The Terrapins on the other hand are what the kids call a great team. They are 20 and 11 and are going to be rolling into this game against Minnesota. They have an elite guard by the name of Jahmir Young who has been averaging 16.3 points per game, 3.2 assists per game, and 1.2 steals per game. He’s leading the team in all of these categories, locking it down both defensively and offensively for Maryland. Not to mention his big man partner in crime Julian Reese. Reese has been averaging only a couple of boards off of a double-double in points and boards while making it look easy.
Not saying that this game is an open and shut case but also, this game is an open and shut case. Every part of Maryland’s roster is better than Minnesota’s. Bet on Maryland and get up to $1,111 in bonus bets!
