The SEC is all the way back ladies and gentlemen. This weekend, we have a wonderful matchup between Georgia and Auburn in what should prove to be a fantastic game as the oldest rivalry in the Deep South is renewed.
Last week both of these teams suffered tough defeats as the Dawgs almost won a comeback against Bama but fell just short, and Auburn let up 17 in the fourth quarter to lose to a ranked Oklahoma team in what would have been a great upset win.
Last year Auburn almost came out with a huuuuuge upset against the Dawgs, and are looking to build on that and bring some momentum to this game where they will absolutely be underdogs.
Both teams are having trouble with turnovers, and. ball security will for sure be a point of emphasis for both of these squads.
Now Georgia is looking much more human this year than they have recently, but also Hugh Freeze is without a doubt on the hot seat as he is below .500 as Auburn’s head coach in his tenure there.
Georgia is motivated as another loss might make it tough to clinch a postseason berth, and Auburn’s coach just might be in a fight to keep his job.
Now Auburn needs a lot of things to go right in this one to walk away with a win, taking advantage of a struggling Georgia defense and get their offense going.
Now Georgia should and probably will win this game, they just need to execute their gameplan and limit costly mistakes.
So whether you are rooting for a clear favorite or hoping for a miracle by the underdog, the most important thing to remember is that you must be in it to win it.
Remember, always bet responsibly and never wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose.
