Get ready for Week 8 of the NFL season! After an explosive slate of games in Week 7, fans are excited to see the encore as teams will look to crank up the intensity with the playoffs right around the corner! Every win and loss becomes more important from this point forward. One of the key matchups in Week 7 will be the Minnesota Vikings taking on the Los Angeles Rams in what should be a highly entertaining matchup between two top heavyweights.

The Minnesota Vikings are coming off a tough loss. After starting the season 5-0, the Detroit Lions handed the Vikings their first loss of the season. After such a bitter loss in Week 7, the Vikings will be out for vengeance when they take on the Los Angeles Rams. And they have an assortment of weapons to aid them in securing the win. Their starting quarterback, Sam Darnold has played like an MVP candidate to this point of the season. And his two top targets, Joran Addison and Justin Jefferson have also been lights out this season.

2024 has been a struggle for the Los Angeles Rams. Their 2-4 record has them in last place in the NFC West. But a myriad of injuries on their roster has played a major part in that. Luckily they will be getting one of their weapons back in Week 8. Multiple reports have confirmed that Rams star wide receiver Cooper Kupp will return to the field on Thursday when the Rams take on the Vikings.

So whether you are rooting for a clear favorite or hoping for a miracle by the underdog, the most important thing to remember is that you must be in it to win it.
