The NFL regular season is in its closing stages. And as Week 17 kicks off each game has a higher stipulation, with the playoffs looming, and teams looking to punch their tickets. With the Patriots being eliminated from postseason contention, they have very little to play for this year, but a win over a competitive Chargers team would be a great way for them to end the season on a high note.
The Chargers are favored in this matchup by a 6.5-point margin over the Cardinals. Oddsmakers also believe that this matchup will be a low-scoring affair with the over/under marked at 43.5 points.
