Bets I’d take:
- Seahawks +points if it’s more than a field goal. Divisional games stay close, and Seattle’s at-home energy is real.
- Over if the total is in the mid-to-high 40s and both teams’ skill guys are healthy. These games can go from “chess match” to “three touchdowns in five minutes” fast.
- Anytime TD: whichever team has the clearest red-zone weapon (think “big body / goal-line usage”) — this spot tends to feature at least one “yeah, we’re forcing it to our guy” score.
