So, France versus Morocco, we’re really letting France get all the way back to the Finals, huh? I swear if this France team is the first to win back-to-back World Cups in sixty years, I will not be happy, but I can hardly blame them. From here on out all they have to do is beat Morocco to make it to the Final. I guess we’ll just have to hope that the Argentina and Croatia game’s winner can beat them. Because as much as I love a Cinderella story, I don’t think this World Cup will be one for Morocco. France is just too good.

Now, this Morocco team isn’t exactly a bunch of pushovers, I do understand that it does take some skill to reach this stage of the World Cup. Achraf Hakimi and Hakim Ziyech are looking like they are back in their primes, with Hakimi flying up and down the wing smothering the team defensively, and showing off both his crossing and finishing skills offensively, while Hakim Ziyech is showing off some passing skills of his own in the wins that Morocco has had. Not to mention the fact that the two teams that Morocco has beaten so far on the way to the knockout rounds have been Spain and Portugal, which were arguably two of the hottest teams going into the knockouts. So not a bad resume.

This France team, however, is just different gravy. Olivier Giroud has become the highest-scoring player in French history and isn’t even the best-attacking player for France in this World Cup. That would be Kylian Mbappe. Mbappe is the clear Golden Boot winner as long as France just handles business against this Moroccon side. Speaking of setting records, Antoine Griezmann has now become the all-time assist leader for France in the last game that he played in the World Cup. Now I’m not saying that this French team is completely unbeatable, but I mean, come on, this is getting ridiculous.

I just don’t see how this French team doesn’t steamroll Morocco; they have too much momentum and too much talent not to win. So bet on France with a $5 Moneyline bet & get $150 back if you pick the winner!
