All the events of the film unfold after thirteen years from the times that were presented in the previous part. The main character Max Rokatansky wanders around destructive Australia for a long time until he gets to Bertertown Fort, which has its own power plant. Aunt Entity manages this fort together with a midget, whose name is Master. This midget is fully engaged in the supply of the fort and is the chief engineer.<br />

For a long time, these two have been fighting among themselves for every person who gets to them. After meeting new acquaintances, Max gets everything he needed and is going to go on a long journey. However, Auntie Entity has set her own rules for people who have to do everything. They consist in the fact that a person can leave this city only if he fights with a strongman with a Blaster. Max opposes all these rules and does not want to obey them. But the Entity immediately warns him that in case of his disobedience, he will face a painful death. During the battle with the strongman, Rokatansky manages to survive, but somehow he ended up in an oasis where there were a large number of people. They didn't know about the current order of things in the world. It is for this reason that Max is trying to figure out how he got there and how to get out of there now.<br />
