Game analysis:
Coming into Week 5 of the NFL, the Cardinals will be facing the 49ers in San Francisco. Right now the Niners are 3-0 and the Cardinals are 1-2. This game is going to be an absolute blowout by the Niners or it is going to be a close game. Last week the Cardinals upset the Cowboys, who were ranked 2nd in the power rankings.
After last week’s big win over the Cowboys, the Cardinals are looking to come into this week to upset the Niners. Last week the Cardinals beat the Cowboys 28-16, and the team went off. WIth Joshua Dobbs still filling in for Kyler Murray, he is making somewhat of a good quarterback for the Cardinals. Last game he went 17/21 with passing attempts, had 189 yards, 55 rushing yards and 1 touchdown. Other players that went off in this game were James Conner, Michael Wilson, and Marquise Brown. Michael Wilson had only 2 receptions yet he had 86 receiving yards averaging 43 yards a catch. After their win against the Cowboys, people are going to start to look at the Cardinals differently in this game.
The 49ers are a powerhouse and a force to be reckoned with. This team is special. With superstar athletes like Christian McCaffrey, Deebo Samuel, George Kittle, and Nick Bosa, this team has some of the most highly paid athletes in the NFL right now. Last week the Niners played the Giants and won 30-12. I don’t think it was the blowout that they wanted but there were still incredible stats from this game. Mr. Irrelevant, Brock Purdy, went 25/37 passing attempts, had 310 yards, and 2 touchdowns. Now let’s talk about Deebo Samuel. This kid is so fun to watch because of how hard he runs and how many yards after catch he has. Last game he had 6 receptions for 129 yards averaging 21.5 yards per reception. Rookie, Ronnie Bell, also had his first touchdown in this game and he had a nice stop on a punt return.
The Niners right now are looking like the Golden State Warriors super team when they had Kevin Durant. The real question is if the Cardinals have what it takes to get a win over this juggernaut team. They just beat a highly ranked team last week so they will be coming into this game fired up.
