Spurs or Arsenal, Which is Better?

As a Chelsea fan, it hurts to write this article, but I think the two most exciting teams to watch in the Premier League are the other two biggest London-based teams, Tottenham and Arsenal. (Discounting City because no one likes City).

I don’t know if any of y’all are old enough to remember the article I wrote at the beginning of the premier league season but I just want it to be understood that I 100% called it. These two teams are easily top-four bound. But the real question right now is which of these two teams can actually challenge City for the top of the table.

And I have the answer. Sorry to Intern Ben but it ain’t his Spurs. I’m here to say that I think Mikel Arteta has finally cracked the code. Arsenal is legit. Not only are they top of the table as the only team that has won all four match weeks but they’ve done it in a pretty convincing fashion. They are currently tied for the highest goal differential, and they’re being led in goals by their captain Odegaard and new signing Gabriel Jesus. The team seems to be firing on all cylinders.

Meanwhile, the Spurs have barely eeked out a 1-0 win against the freaking Wolves who are absolute garbage this season. Not to mention the fact that the only reason they’re still undefeated is that they got away with an absolutely obvious penalty in their game against Chelsea.

So all in all, Arsenal are the team to be more likely to compete against Manchester City because they have actually won all their games so far. And they don’t rely on getting away with crazy missed foul calls to retain even one point.
