Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson Give Tuesday A Great NFL News Cycle

Holy shit. A-a-ron got a bag.

Double holy shit. Russell Wilson is now a Bronco.

NFL Network insider Ian Rappapporrtapport reported that the 38-year-old Rodgers had reportedly agreed to a four-year, $200 million contract. A deal that includes a rappapoorted $153 million in guaranteed money.

Pat McAfee — Rodgers’ bromance partner — disputed those numbers and said that “the contract has not been done,” but added that his boy toy has agreed to return to the Packers.

As for Wilson… that news is a little more fresh.

Here is Schefty:

Rodgers’ decision comes nearly a month after he won his second straight MVP award. The four-time MVP quarterback has spent his entire career in Green Bay.

He said he wanted to make an announcement on his future before the start of the free agency period that begins next week

Wilson sets up Denver to finally have a QB to replace John Elway — no one year of healthy Manning and one year of shitty Manning does not count, I said what I said.

The Seahawks will begin its rebuild. Oh, hey, maybe it can trade a pick to Green Bay for Jordan Love…
