OOOOOOOOOOOO SHIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTT…. so many Blue Checks on twitter are going to explode as Brandon Brown, the NASCAR driver who was the innocent bystander as “Let’s Go Brandon” was launched is now going to be driving an LGBcoin.io car.

LGBcoin.io, with those first three letters, will be sprayed all over on Brown’s car. The company was coined LGB as a direct reference to the phrase, “Let’s Go Brandon.”

If you don’t know the history of the movement, it started when Brown won at the Talladega Superspeedway on Oct. 2, and NBC sports reporter told him the crowd was chanting “Let’s Go, Brandon” when they were so clearly yelling “Fvck Joe Biden.”

Brown had stayed pretty silent since the interview, but his approval of this sponsorship may suggest otherwise.

On Monday, Brown spoke to the New York Times about the chant’s surge, admitting that he he feared the Left would cancel him.

“I was afraid of being canceled by my sponsors, or by the media, for being caught up in something that has little to do with me,” he said.

Brown added that he is a Republican, but said that he did not to be involved in politics publicly, “I have no interest in leading some political fight. I race cars. I am not going to endorse anyone, and I am certainly not going to tell anyone how to vote.”

Again, adding LGB as a sponsor sort of goes against that… but whatever.
