This is the type of thing I would daydream about in class.
A Jewelry Store called Princess Bride (Great Movie) Diamonds in Huntington Beach California was the target of a robbery yesterday. A group of people with hoodies on ran into the store, smashed display cases, and ran around trying to fill up their backpacks with valuables.
This is where the story gets cool. Two employees upon hearing the commotion ran out and started to fight back against the thieves. Dallas and Sarah Baca, yes a brother and sister tag-team, were throwing haymakers and front kicks left and right.
Another person ran over with a CHAIR and used it as a weapon. This jewelry store went from fancy and calm to a WWE grudge match in a matter of seconds.
I have a ton of respect for these workers. They didn’t freeze at all, immediately jumping into action once they had identified the threat. What could have been a brutal loss for the store resulted in said store going viral, with the whole country praising these brave workers.
I don’t know about you, but there have been times when I would daydream about having to fight off the bad guys and save the day. Dallas and Sarah kicked some serious ass and protected their family’s business. Also shoutout to the person with the chair. That was sick.
