We made it! Football is finally back after what felt like years of waiting. Tonight we see a very possible Super Bowl matchup in the Los Angeles Rams taking on the Buffalo Bills. This is going to be a great game to watch, and hopefully another fantastic season we have ahead of us. Here are my top 3 picks to lift the Lombardi Trophy in February.
1. The Buffalo Bills
This team has IT. They are the team that has the highest chance on most betting sites currently, sitting at +600 odds to win. They have the offense, with an MVP caliber quarterback in Josh Allen, and a stellar defense. They have the fans to back it too. Bills Mafia, I ride with you guys come playoff time because the Giants aren’t even SNIFFING a Super Bowl.
2. The Los Angeles Chargers
I love most things, if not all things about this team. They have very little to no weak spot on offense or defense. With new additions in Khalil Mack and JC Jackson, their defense becomes THAT much better. With Josh Herbert at the helm, this team is DANGEROUS. If he has a year like he did last year, I really feel like this team could make a run for the chip.
3. The Denver Broncos
This is my dark horse pick to win the Super Bowl this year, and it’s funny because their logo is a white horse! (Lol!) With recently acquired quarterback Russell Wilson, this team is in “win now mode” 100% this year. They may not be as complete as the other two teams I’ve named, but there have been teams in the past that were significantly less complete that have made it to the Super Bowl (*cough cough* Bengals *cough cough*). I feel like if the offense clicks to it’s maximum potential (it prob won’t to be honest), they have a shot at at least making it to the Super Bowl.
