The Chicago Bears have fallen to 0-2 after 2 weeks of football that actually counts. A team that many “experts” chose to be a playoff “dark horses” is once again falling short of expectations. It is also very prominently reported that the Bears “franchise” QB is a vegan.
Justin Fields has been abysmal for the Bears since he was drafted in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft. I picked some stats that very clearly paint the picture of what’s going on in Chicago.
- Justin Fields career record as a starter: 5 wins, 22 losses
- Starts with more passing TD’s than INT’s: 9 out of 27 games
- He has been sacked 101 (!) times
- His completion percentage is 59.8%
These are very clearly not statistics you wanna see from “You’re Guy” after delivering him a WR1 in DJ Moore and building up the offensive line through the draft and free agency.
Fields rushed for over 1,000 yards last season, this year he’s carried the ball only 13 times in 2 games. It is almost as if the defensive are daring Justin Fields to beat them through the air, which has not been successful.
The part that scares me the most about Justin Fields is that he is vegan. As a fan of the NFL, there are some traits that I don’t want my quarterback to possess.
- Wears Two Gloves (Kenny Pickett)
- Long Hair (Trevor Lawrence)
- Eating A Plant-Based Diet (Justin Fields)
Based off the aforementioned statistics and the fact that he is openly a vegan, Justin Fields is probably not a guy you would want on your roster. The problem with a plant based, vegan diet is that without meat in your life, you don’t form the killer instinct you require to be a great NFL QB. While Justin Fields has recently changed his diet and started to include fish, I still don’t trust a guy who doesn’t eat red meat.
But don’t you worry, there is a simple fix to all of this. Justin Fields needs to contact Carson Wentz as soon as possible and ask him to set up a hunting trip with him. He needs to hunt an animal down and eat it to gain some QB1 powers. You’re Welcome Bears Fans!
