Nooooo! Not the pro bowl! Just kidding, that shit was ass! The Pro Bowl has been the laughing stock of American sports all star weekends for years now, and they’re finally putting a fun new spin on an otherwise over glorified two hand touch game.
The Pro Bowl was originally just a bunch of the league’s best players fucking around on a football field for an hour or two, and that was it! It’s been looked at as the least entertaining game of the year, which leads you into the Super Bowl. I’ve had more fun at funerals than I’ve had watching these games, no exaggeration. Now, they’ve shaken things up, and it’s a lot more interesting! It will now be titled “The Pro Bowl Games” and will include football and non-football challenges throughout an entire week! At the end of said week, there will be a flag football game, which I think has insane potential. Flags decrease the risk of injury, which is the sole purpose the players don’t play hard during the original game!
Overall, I rock with the new concept a LOT more than I did with the original, as I feel it could be good for the game! Deeper details haven’t been revealed yet, but as things stand, these changes can make the NFL a BIG bag. I can’t wait to see the league’s best players complete amazing feats of athleticism, on a more recreational stage. Let the players have some fun!
