The Miami Dolphins continue to be a team that finds themselves doing stupid things that they probably shouldn’t be doing. Earlier this morning, Adam Schefter reported that the Miami Dolphins will be giving up next years first round pick along with a 2024 3rd round pick for impermissible communications with not only Tom Brady, but with former Head Coach Sean Payton. In other words, the Dolphins thought they could somehow convince both Tom Brady and Sean Payton to come save their franchise when they were both under contract with their former teams. As it turns out, you cant just simply call up Brady or Sean Payton to see if they would be interested in taking their talents to South Beach during the middle of the season.
Owner of the Dolphins, Stephen Ross, had also been fined 1.5 million dollars along with being suspended from team facilities and games until the middle of October for tampering. I would feel bad for all 15 to 20 Dolphins fans that probably exist but I cant say I do. No one could have honestly expected Brady to go from playing with the Pats to playing with the team you have consistently beaten the shit out of for the last 20 seasons. I think the best thing to do if you are a fan of the Dolphins is to pray Tua ends up being half as good as Dan Marino and pray you can beat milf hunter/star quarterback Zach Wilson twice this season. If those two things can happen for you guys this year then I think you guys could end up with a bright future….maybe.
