Just when you think Britney Spears headlines couldn’t get any dumber her Ex-Husband, Kevin Federline, is under fire after his children’s elementary school filed a lawsuit against him for failing to pay tuition. Between her dad locking up all her finances and her going certifiably insane, it seems like Britney just can’t get a break nowadays.
Kevin Federline, also known as K-Fed, is quite the renaissance man as his Wikipedia page lists him as a dancer, rapper, actor, model, wrestler, and DJ. With that many occupations, it’s pretty easy to see that he doesn’t really do anything. So I guess it makes sense why he would struggle to pay tuition to his kid’s elementary school. You might know him as the guy who gets his groceries paid for by Britney Spears, but other than that there isn’t much to his name.
The West Valley Christian School that his children attend claims that Kevin and his new wife Victoria signed a payment contract in August 2018 when their kids started going to the prep school but have failed to make a payment since May 2019. The school made the decision to file the suit due to the fact that the couple is running up a massive balance and doesn’t seem to have any intention of paying it. Instead, the couple is going to try to run away from their problems and jet off to Hawaii where they plan to move permanently.
My biggest problem with this situation is that he is sending his kids to private schools in one of the wealthiest areas in the country knowing that he can’t afford it. California has above-average public education where there is no need to send your kids to private school, especially if you don’t have the means to do so. Also, with an ex-wife like Britney Spears, you must really suck at managing your money if you can’t scrap together $15,000. He reportedly got $1.3 million in the divorce and somehow squandered it all away. Not to mention the monthly child support the gets paid so he can maintain a DJ career and raise the kids. Talk about a deadbeat dad. I hope the school takes this guy for everything he has and his kids get to see how nice California public school truly is.
