Cam Newton was straight up one of the sickest players in both College Football and the NFL. The dude’s play at quarterback was on another level, like Josh Allen but a different animal while being the same beast. But after his run with the Panthers to the Super Bowl, something just wasn’t the same with Cam. Then he went over to the Patriots during the 2020 COVID season, and everyone was thinking he was gonna make a major comeback under the guidance of Jedi Master Bill Bellicheck. But that didn’t exactly pan out, and he ended up going back to the Panthers for a hot minute, helping them tank to get a better draft pick next year. And now, my dude’s been out of the league ever since.

You gotta remember that 2015 season when Cam was straight up killing it as the MVP, dancing and dabbing all over NFL defenses after he steamrolled them for yet another rushing touchdown. The dude played with the intensity of a rabid raccoon, I’m telling you. And at 6’5″, he was flipping over defenders like it was no big deal. The whole thing was just outlandish, man. I really hope he can come back and be the OG Cam, because he was one of my favorite players to watch.
