The wife of Paris Saint-Germain player Achraf Hakimi, Hiba Abouk, sought a divorce and half of his wealth. However, she was left empty-handed after discovering that Hakimi had registered his fortune in his mother’s name. According to reports, Abouk lodged her divorce claim and demanded half of the World Cup star’s fortune before discovering that Hakimi’s mother had control of it all. Media reports estimate Hakimi’s wealth to exceed $70 million, which is registered in his mother’s name. Hakimi appears to have no properties, cars, or jewelry registered in his name. His wife was surprised to learn that more than 80 percent of his salary is credited to his mother’s bank account.
