A mass shooting occurred in Denver early Tuesday, injuring at least 10 people. The incident took place in the area where basketball fans had been celebrating the Denver Nuggets’ first NBA title win. The Denver Police Department has taken a suspect into custody, who was one of the 10 wounded individuals. According to the police, the shooting seems to have stemmed from a dispute among several people about a mile away from the Ball Arena, where the Nuggets had won Game 5 of the NBA Finals.
This has nothing to do with the dispute that was reported but everything to do with Denver being a good sports town. This is the first NBA Championship in the history of the Nuggets Basketball, so it is understandable that this is the way they acted after the HUGE win. It is also very important to point out that nobody was killed, just injured. In other words, these were celebration shots. We are in fact still America and this is our god given right.
I think we need to appreciate that ONLY 10 people were injured in this debacle, I am sure the streets were filled to the brim with dudes who strictly drink craft beers and drive Subarus. If you look at this next video, you will truly understand what I mean, how were only 10 people hit? Now that the Finals are over, will someone please let Jokic go home and play with his horses?
