Cowbells will not be permitted at Chase Center. Any fan carrying a cowbell will be directed to the outdoor bag check location, where they can check their cowbell and retrieve at the conclusion of the game.
Sacramento Kings fans attending Games 3 and 4 against the Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center will not be allowed to bring cowbells due to noise-making item prohibitions. The use of cowbells by Kings fans dates back to over a decade ago when the Lakers head coach Phil Jackson called Sacramento a “cow town.” While the ban may disappoint some Kings fans, the Chase Center allows people to check their cowbells at the entrance and retrieve them after the game.
All night long, this supporter rang the cowbell behind Warriors General Manager and President of Basketball Operations Bob Myers.

I thought this was America. This country has gotten so soft, you can’t even harass millionaires at sporting events anymore. I won’t completely credit this random Kings fan for getting cowbells banned, but this guy lives rent-free in Bob Myers head. If you’re Bob Myers, you can’t ban cowbells after this video went viral. I’m not sure what they are thinking when they do stuff like this. If you tell someone not to do something, they’re going to do everything in their power to do that thing you’re trying to stop. Cowbells are the most obnoxious sound in the entire world and I am so happy that Warriors fans have to deal with it. They deserve some adversity after all the success they’ve had over the last 6-7 years. Also, how are the Warriors going to recover from Draymond being suspended for Game 3 after thinking he was in WWE and curb-stomping Sabonis? LIGHT THE BEAM!
