Draymond Threatens Kevin Garnett Over a Fake Tweet

Draymond Green has been struggling to occupy his time this offseason. The Warriors jack of all trades forward typically entertains himself during the season by finding people he can bother on a basketball court. Recently, Draymond has been training for his in season pestering, by arguing with anyone who will mention him on Twitter.

This started with Draymond arguing with Jordan Poole’s dad about the incident before last season where Green sucker punched his teammate. Poole’s dad called him a b**ch, and mentioned how he avoided him at the facility all last year. The two went back and forth with neither of them seeming to get the verbal edge on the other one.

The story really got interesting when a fake NBA account tweeted a fake Kevin Garnett quote on the subject that offended Draymond. The fake quote read, “Draymond punching [Poole] is like a senior punching a freshman who’s half his size and then walks around talking himself up as if he’s like that. Come try me Dray.” Unsurprisingly, Draymond had a big reaction to this tweet, before he could realize that an account called, “@TheNBACentel”.

Draymond responded with a since deleted tweet that read, “I tried you when I was a rookie KG, and you started talking to yourself like I wasn’t talking to you. What’s that like? The freshman picking on a senior citizen that’s twice his size?” He also tagged Kevin Garnett’s personal account, just as a cherry on top to officially ignite the beef with the Uncut Gems star.

Draymond Green is one of the most interesting cases in NBA history. He’s good at everything, and great at nothing. His partnership with Steph Curry has made him a four-time champion. He’s on the edge of the Hall of Fame, but his trash talk is on par with the Dennis Rodman’s and Patrick Beverley’s of the world.

Stephen Curry has done way too much inflating of his teammates’ ego. Klay Thompson probably reminds waiters that he has four rings when they drop a bill, and now Draymond is so insecure he’s responding to any NBA fan who pays for Twitter. He’s defending the act of sucker punching a twenty-three year old, and now he feels confident enough to bash a Hall of Famer.

I hope someone in the UFC calls Draymond soft and tells him that Stephen Curry carried him to every one of his career accomplishments. That way we could see if Draymond has a comeback other than threatening to punch everyone who crosses him.
