It has been reported by PSG Manager Christophe Galtier that Lionel Messi will be leaving PSG after this season.

As I was scrolling through soccer Twitter, I was trying to find some juicy rumors on where Messi would be heading. Here are the two most popular theories I found.

MLS – There was a report that he could be going to Miami to play for their MLS squad. I really don’t understand how soccer loans work and I don’t plan on learning because I don’t really care all that much about soccer. Regardless, Messi coming to the U.S. would be cool and I would maybe even attempt to go to an MLS game if he was close to me. Messi would probably love Miami too. So much to do and since the talent level in the MLS is so bad, he would be the best player on the pitch.

Saudi Arabia – The other option I read about what Messi following in the steps of my GOAT, Ronaldo, and going to Saudi Arabia. These rumors seem to be dying down because Messi wants to keep playing “competitive football”. The contract that was rumored to be offered to Messi was worth 1.2 BILLION DOLLARS. If someone offered me 1.2 Billion of anything, I would probably do it. It is absurd that someone is offered that much to kick a ball around. I am far from being a bag watcher, but holy shit.

Either way, Messi and his family for 8 generations will not have to worry about money.
