That is absolutely brutal. All jokes aside I hope Tua is alright and is able to play football again but I don’t know if I’m holding my breath for that to be the case. That hit genuinely looked fatal, I’m glad that he regained consciousness. But also, the fins are fucked.
Now I’m not saying I don’t believe in Teddy Two Gloves because yes we all know he’s the GOAT, but also….I don’t know if I believe in Teddy Two Gloves. Now I am writing this before the game has ended and the Bengals are looking much more like the Bengals of old so maybe the Dolphins will be fine, but I really doubt it. I mean currently, their only hope is Jaylen Waddle and Tyreek Hill being so wide open that Teddy can just lob it to them every play, but otherwise I don’t know what direction this team goes in besides down.
Which honestly, even as a Patriots fan that’s brutal for the Dolphins. With Tua, this team was going absolutely nuclear. Both Tyreek and Jaylen had 350+ yards already across the first three games, and they were one of two undefeated teams left in the NFL. I mean I’m all for the Fins sucking ass, but I wish it had been in a different way than the end of a player’s breakout year. Plus somehow I hate the Bills more than the Dolphins so in a way, I really was pulling for this team.
I guess the main point of writing this is to say hopefully Tua is able to play again but also damn I was really hoping the Bills wouldn’t win the East again.
