The Greatest Passer You’ve Never Heard Of Is… Facu Campazzo

I pride myself on knowing every player in the league. Not because it’s useful, but when you’re a hater, it’s always impressive when you toss out a player that plays about 11 minutes a game for the Timberwolves. It makes you look a lot smarter, especially when you dive deep into Twitter threads getting mad at fans for bad takes. So when I saw the highlights of Facu, I knew that I needed to know more about this guy.

Facu is a 30-year-old rookie for the Denver Nuggets. It’s not like he’s a new player. He played professionally since he was 22 for Argentina. Then he played for Real Madrid. While playing for Real Madrid, it wasn’t like he was Luka and was lighting the international league on fire. In his best year, he averaged 10 points and 5 assists.

In 2013 he went undrafted when he enlisted into the NBA draft. Then in last year’s free agency, he signed a 2 year $6 million contract. How the fuck did the Nuggets find this guy? The international scouts for Denver deserve a huge fucking raise. They traded for Jusuf Nurkic as they knew he was a great player, and the Bulls are dumbasses for trading him. In that same year, they drafted a fat, tall, white guy late in the 2nd round in Nikola Jokic. This steal of a pick turned into a front-runner for the MVP this year. Then this year, they signed Facu. Facu is only averaging 4.8 points and 2.7 assists. Who cares about the numbers when you get to see sick passes like this.

Now you can throw Facu’s name around to sound like a smart NBA fan. As we all know, NBA fans think they are the smartest fans around.
