Things That Piss off College Students Pt. 3

Mandatory Attendance-

Mandatory attendance is the most asinine thing I have ever heard. If a college student doesn’t want to go to class, what. makes the teacher care so much? We pay to go to the university so they can kick rocks. I get the teachers just want the students to get the most out of the class, but damn man. Let me be hungover drinking Pedialyte promising myself never to drink alcohol in my bed in peace and not have to worry about my grade getting majorly effected.

People who start arguments in class-

The people who start arguments in class are the worst. Usually, this happens in a Political Science or debate class, where the teacher will quote someone from a textbook or say something remotely politically one-sided and that causes this person to get extremely triggered. Then they start talking about the teacher needs to be more respectful of everyone’s political views in the future and blah blah blah. They’ll also go on to start threatening a bad response to their professor survey at the end of the semester or they’ll report them to the school. I don’t know about you guys but this person in class sucks. And it always seems like the chillest professors are the ones who are being criticized too.

Being Broke-

What’s worse than being broke? Being in college and broke. Most students have to take a shit load of units and are constantly busy with class and homework and don’t have time for a job. And if they do end up getting some money, they spend it on booze or other sources to have fun. Hey, students work their asses off all week nothing is wrong with blowing off some steam. Almost every college student is broke or has been broke at a point in time. Shit man, I’m broke as a joke at the moment. It sucks, but the only thing keeping me going is knowing that after I graduate I hopefully won’t be. I wish I knew a guy earlier, but I finally understand why hand fulls of college students are drug dealers.
