NBA star Zion Williamson is going to be a “Girl Dad”.
The New Orleans Pelicans player is expecting a baby girl with his girlfriend, Ahkeema, as confirmed by TMZ. Ahkeema shared a video on her YouTube channel and Instagram, showing the couple cheering as pink fireworks burst in the background. Ahkeema, an Instagram personality, has been dating for what TMZ says is “a little while”.
I am happy for Zion, he really beat the “loves white girls” allegations after the videos of him on FaceTime with girls that look like they frequent Starbucks more than the people that work there.
One allegation that Zion can’t shake is the fact that he hasn’t played a full season in the NBA. I don’t even hate him for it. At least he is settling down, unlike his draft partner, Ja Morant. Imagine if Zion was out here clowning and bringing a gun to every event. If Ja was at Zion’s gender reveal, he would’ve been shooting warning shots as a celebration.
